Yoga for every body: even the tired and achy ones

I did something crazy this week, something I never ever do: I went to Disney and spent three days park hopping. 

My feet hurt, sure...but I’m so grateful for my tired and exhausted body. I have degenerative disk disease, and before I discovered yoga, I spent many years in excruciating pain. Do I still hurt? Sure. But it could be so much worse and it’s not...and for that I am so grateful.

So on the third and final day, I posed for the #yogaeverywhere photo I had planned before we left home...and maybe my warrior was a little stiff and awkward, but I love her anyway, because she is MY warrior.
