It's very easy to talk yourself out of something.
It's incredibly simple to say, "I can't do that."
I know, because I did it for years.
You can't do anything just like someone else because you're not them. But you CAN do something just like you.
Next time you want to talk yourself out of something, stop.
Take a breath and imagine what it would look like if you did do it.
Then make that version of it happen.
You'll never know until you try.
