I didn’t really set out to have a word for 2019, it just happened…and it fit so well I have no choice but to embrace it.

As we walk through life, we acquire knowledge and wisdom, but we also develop sensitivities, sometimes referred to as “baggage.”

The greatest battle we fight as warriors is sometimes against our own reactions. We may not always be perfect, but we can learn to make things right.
